With office space to rent in both Fastolff House, and Lime Kiln House, we work with businesses of all sizes, offering rentals from Daily to Rolling Monthly Agreements.
Monthly Rolling Tenancies mean no renewals, but the flexibility, and security, of one - three - six month notice periods (other terms can be discussed)
No Solicitors Fees, and easy to read agreements, with rents inclusive of Services, so no surprises
Tenants have been known to move in on the day of viewing.
24-7-365 access, with the option of restricted hours, for some or all staff, depending on your business requirements.
Telephone facilities are available with a choice of number, and we can import most, existing, live, business numbers.
All of our office space to rent are being upgraded to Business Grade WIFI 6, and waist height Dado trunking, with hard-wired internet, which is being upgraded to CAT 6
We can offer Lease Line security and capacities and are interested in discussing your Lease Line requirements.
Personalised Electronic Keys that can work from your purse or wallet and can be remotely reprogrammed to your changing business requirements.
Office doors can have signage to suit your company brand.
Gas / Electric / Internet is included in the rent, so no need to negotiate multiple different contracts.

Facility Upgrades
Since the recent lockdowns, Yarmouth Business Centre has been upgrading its facilities:
All offices now have WIFI 6, and waist height Dado Trunking, with hard-wired internet, which is being upgraded to CAT6.
Electrical sockets are spaced at approximately metre intervals around each room, giving flexibility to room layout and getting everything ready to upgrade to Gigabit Lease Line Internet Access, creating a free-flowing modern highway to the world.
All common parts, at both sites, have been upgraded to efficient LED, and we are in the process of upgrading all office lighting, though existing lighting was already efficient, flicker-free High-Frequency Lighting.
The common parts of Fastolff House are currently being refurbished, and new carpets will shortly be laid.
We have again submitted plans to Great Yarmouth Borough Council, to redesign the entrance to Fastolff House and improve access to all floors, reflecting on Conservations earlier observations.

Smaller Workshop Storage Units have been created in the centre of Great Yarmouth, and we plan to create more of these units in 2024.
Additional, larger, Workshop Storage Units have been created in Lime Kiln House warehouse, and more are planned for 2024.
Professional Mail Boxes have been added in the Fastolff House Reception Area and we are now fully licenced to promote this service. You have your own mailbox key and each box has a slot, for the delivery of post.

Morning, afternoon and evening lets are available with accommodation designed with flexible 600mm x 600mm tables to accommodate multiple layouts whilst still allowing for safe personal spacing.
Our meeting rooms & conference rooms come complete with whiteboards, flip charts, and depending on the room, multiple video displays. Drink-making facilities are included.
The majority of our rooms have electronic access locks and cards to give you ease of access as well as security.
