Directions to Fastolff House, 30 Regent Street, NR30 1RR

All Routes - (from Poundstretcher Roundabout)

Travel in direction of the port. At Haven Bridge with town hall in front, bear left – At Town Hall turn left into Regent Street. At the no entry sign turn right or left for public car parks. Fastolff House is within metres of the “No Entry Sign” on the right at 30 Regent Street.

From Brewery Plain Car Park

Walk south towards The Conge for 262ft
Turn right onto The Conge for 49 ft
Turn left onto Howard St for 0.2 mi
Turn left onto Regent St
(Destination will be on the right)

From King Street Car Park

Walk north-west on Howard St S towards Regent St for 469 ft
Turn right onto Regent St
(Destination will be on the right)

From Market Gates Multi-Storey Car Park

Walk west on S Market Rd towards Temple Rd/B1141 for 180 ft
Continue onto Market Gates for 410 ft
Turn left onto Market Place for 171 ft
Turn right to stay on Market Place for 108 ft
Turn left onto King Street for 217 ft
Turn right onto Regent St
(Destination will be on the left)

Directions to Lime Kiln House, Lime Kiln Walk, North Quay, NR30 1JJ

Take the first right off North Quay from Poundstretcher Roundabout behind the old Seafood Restaurant, opposite the railway station.

There is parking directly outside Limekiln House but this is limited to 3 hours parking and then no return within 3 hours. Given the proximity to the railway station.

By Road
There are four main entrance roads into Great Yarmouth

1) A47 from Norwich. At Acle roundabout take the third exit for Great Yarmouth (A47). For your safety overtaking is not recommended. Pass Vauxhall Holiday Park, on left. Go straight ahead at the first roundabout (junction with A12). Proceed to the roundabout. Take the third exit i.e. to turn right.

2) A12 from Lowestoft / Ipswich – direction town centre & port - Proceed to A47 Norwich
– at the A47 roundabout take the third exit for Great Yarmouth town centre and proceed to the roundabout. Take the third exit i.e. to turn right.

3) A149 from Stalham / Wroxham / Caister – direction Great Yarmouth joins the A47 at the roundabout. Go straight ahead.

4) A143 from Beccles meets the bypass at the A12 - proceed as per A12.

Walking from Railway Station

Cross the footbridge in front of the station with the metal frame, and continue walking along North Quay to the Haven Bridge, where there is a crossing to the banks. Turn right and proceed to the Town Hall. Turn left into Regent Street.

Yarmouth Business Centre is based at Fastolff House and is on the right, after the Victoria Arcade. We are number 30 Regent Street, through the glass front doors.

Walking from Bus Station

Fastolff House is approximately 200 metres from the main bus station, in the town centre. Walk towards Kentucky and right to Subway, turn right at Clark Shoes, on King Street and first left into Regent Street. We are at number 30 Regent Street, just before the bollards and end of vehicle restricted area.

At Fastolff House - Enter the main glass doors in the centre of the building, beneath the Business Centre hanging sign.
